「Wonderful place to stay」

「The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable.」

「The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable.」

「I wanted to leave 5 stars but the appearance of a roach as I was getting dressed to leave and the stains in the lampshade that was either blood or bug droppings stole the other two stars. I’ve stayed at many different places in my journeys and I understand what and what not to expect based on the type of property you book. This place was OK overall and if there was ever a need to be in this area briefly I’d consider them again. It’s close to food & the highway it was quiet and seemingly safe...

「Always a great stay while visiting LaGrange College! The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the rooms are always spotless! The staff at the front desk and restaurant/bar/coffee shop were awesome and so welcoming!」

「Everything was excellent except for maintenance issues in the room: 1) no stopper for the bathtub, 2) missing hook to hang clothing on bathroom door, 3) vanity light switch that didn't work, and 4) burnt-out bulb in bedside lamp.」

「My brother and I were pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. We liked our room as well because it was near the elevator, quiet, and roomy because I believe it was wheelchair accessible which was a bonus. The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. 」

「The rooms lining were dirty and had burn marks in them. Floor didn’t look as if it had been cleaned. Only 1 towel for a 4 guest room. Hand towels had stains on them. Highly disappointed. 」

「Freshly renovated, clean and the staff with extremely helpful when we wondered in late needing a place to sleep. Beds were comfy, room was cool, and the bathroom was clean with nice big towels. Breakfast the next morning was a nice boost before hitting the road to continue our journey.」

「The rooms are very spacious and accommodate long term stays. Hotel should be extra vigilant in keeping rooms clean after long term stays, especially if previous guest smoked or has pets. 」
