“The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the property itself was not as described in the listing. The layout was very cut up, and several parts of the home were in noticeably worse condition than expected. It didn’t match the photos or description on VRBO, and it made the stay uncomfortable.The host herself was great, but the property needs significant updates and a more accurate listing so future travelers know what they’re walking into.”
