「Very very friendly staff! Good facilities for a stay in Cape Town, well located」

「Service was excellent. The criticisms were yoga was advertised but not offered due to season. Toilets do not flush well due to design, but not any fault of hotel. Current construction required extended entrance/exit out main door to access beach area instead of the shorter path gate. We found current bath/shower design modern but not very functional or ergonomic. Difficult ingress/egress and water spray from shower not easily contained.」

「This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. 「The hotel in general is okay. However, I stayed there for 8 nights, and breakfast was the same each morning. Also, tooth brush, toothpaste, shaver, comb etc were not provided. While it is good for the environment, it would be inconvenient for visitors like me who was there for business.」
