A convenient homebase for us for family festivities in the area that turned out to be a delightful, comfortable country retreat, with lovely, cosy features and a tremendously relaxing vibe.Hope to stay here again.R&B
We had a relaxing, effortless stay at Watershed. In the middle of winter the property kept us warm & cosy and the location made it easy to visit Robertson and surrounds. Zoe’s communication was 2nd to none!
Wonderful wonderful stay at Watershed. Very clean and warm with great wood fire. Beds were so comfortable with beautiful linen. Kitchen had everything you could need. We roamed around Robertson and Southern highlands all very close. Dog luvd it.. was a gate securely keeping him in. It was so relaxing. We would luv to go back
Sadly, due to a change in circumstances I was unable to stay at this property as the reason for my trip was cancelled at very short notice.
Prior to completing my booking and on contacting the host to explain I wouldn't be staying she was very good to deal with.
I was travelling with dogs and of all the properties I considered, her policies on cleaning and additional payments were the most reasonable. She was also happy to consider my dog's needs.
A friend was able to use one night of my accommodation and she reported that the interior was very good and comfortable, the fenced area for dogs was suitable for her smaller dogs and she had a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the jackets Zoe left for our use.

This was our second stay at the Watershed and once again it didn't disappoint in anything. It was clean, comfortable to stay in, great comfy beds and so many little thought of inclusions that just made our stay a little easier. The bread, eggs, milk and port all come in handy at various times in the stay.
Had a lovely weekend escape from the City! Had a cosy, relaxing weekend exploring the Southern Highlands and enjoying toasty warm evenings with the fireplace.
Everything we could need had been provided, we would very happily stay again!
The Watershed was a beautiful play to stay! It was comfortable, cosy and clean. Zoe was a great host. The kids and our dog loved the outdoor areas, in particular the flying fox and trampoline. There are so many places to visit in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend!
Zoe’s apartment was a great find and comes highly recommended .
We had a great stay at Zoe’s watershed . The shed had been converted into an awesome apartment - the kitchen is perfect and the whole look and feel of the apartment is a pleasure to stay in . It is fully fenced too so was great to have our dogs stay too . Zoe was quick to respond to messages and we would highly recommend as a place to stay . Zoe has great taste in decor and it was very cleverly designed and presented .

Beautifully set up and serene
We loved our stay at the watershed. It is thoughtfully furnished, providing a really comfy seating area to kick back in front of the fire. The kitchen is beautifully setup and we were given fresh eggs (from the chickens outside), bacon and bread for a stellar breaky! The sleeping arrangements are cosy and really comfortable. Easy to get to and close (10 mins) to both Moss Vale and Bowral for some quality exploring.

A pet friendly, short get away from Sydney.
The watershed is a stand alone building on the same property of the owners but situated far enough, blocked by trees for your own privacy. There was a lot of thought put into the property which made our stay perfect for the 2 of us and our dogs. When we stayed, they had just finished an enclosed fence which we appreciated as our pets were with us and we could let them go roaming off at night without a worry. Thank you for having us!
Thoroughly enjoyed private , tranquility of nature and so stylish decorate place
we are really enjoy stay at Watershed . We had nice sunny day it’s really beautiful at night we can see lot of stars. Nice and beautiful when is cooler we can see the beautiful foggy southern highland , really love it.
Zoe is very nice friendly, kind and helpful, provided with all necessary items , and response so quickly
So easy to go around and visit a little town nearby. Bowral , Moss vale, Fitzroy fall etc…
Our dogs really like the place and running around it’s really safe. They really enjoy the place.
Thank you so much Zoe

My Wife & I recently had a 3 night stay at Watershed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our lovely accommodation, living up to it's description and past reviews. Really liked how you were on a property and not staying in the centre of town. Great communication with Zoe the host. Being pet friendly our 6 month old puppy also loved her stay and playing with Chester, the hosts dog. No hesitation in recommending for anyone who wants a great stay in the Southern Highlands.
The property is fantastic - cozy, well-decorated and very comfortable for a relaxing stay. The hospitality of our hosts was second to none, and we loved every minute of unwinding in the Southern Highlands, even when it rained. We loved meeting the alpacas and sheep, and Chester visited us daily, making us feel right at home. Spectacular stay!
Had a wonderful stay at the beautifully appointed “Watershed”… the accommodation was stylish and everything you could possibly need was provided. Would highly recommend this property.. pet friendly and the hosts kind, considerate and very accommodating!
We loved our 5 night stay & could easily have stayed longer in the very cool & funky Watershed.
With its own private garden, it’s set within the beautiful grounds of the main house, comfortably far enough away to enjoy a peaceful serenity.
The Watershed is seriously stylish and comfortable, perfect for us to relax in. Zoe & John are lovely & generous hosts, leaving fresh eggs and pantry goods for us to enjoy.
There is an impressive supply of quality kitchen utensils, pots & pans - everything you could need has been thoughtfully provided.
We loved using the firepit & disappearing into the incredible star-filled sky at night.
Robertson shops are an easy few minutes drive away and there’s a lovely, picturesque drive to coastal beaches.
We are keen to book again!
Thank you for a fabulous break Zoe & John!

A great escape from the hustle & bustle of city life. A place where u can just kick back, put up your feet & just watch the world pass you by. Zoe is a fabulous host with a magic place. The only negative thing I can say about this place was leaving!!!!
What a wonderful place! We have come back so relaxed from our weekend away. Quality is amazing, and all details are thought of. Thank Zoe and family. Particularly Chester!
It is a converted barn that has been nicely done. Regarding beds they are as they are portrayed on the website on a mezzanine floor above the kitchen area. It is a sloping g roof so if you are in the king sized bed you are fine but the other two beds there is very much a headroom issue - fine for kids under 10 but for everyone else you have to remember to duck ones head. Kitchen had all the implements required and we cooked two meals during our stay including one meal using the bbq. Everything worked well and the pot belly fire gave off plenty of heat. And as stated in the information from the owner their two dogs were very friendly visitors and very well behaved. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Loved our two nights in this gorgeous glamorous tin shed! Beautiful styling and everything has been thought of.
Lovely welcome by friendly puppies. Delicious breakfast provisions provided.
Everything you could need.
Great location.
Lovely hosts.
Would love to visit again
