“This place was horrible. We stayed 15 minutes and left. Just out that money because we were not going to stay. Found dead bugs around the mattress. Pillowcases fitted sheet top sheet were all stained with something brown. Desk chair was broken. Couldn’t even sit in it. Some white crusty substance that I assume at one point was liquid had ran down the side of the nightstand.Will never even think about staying there again.”

“Place was very dirty. No extra towels no bedding for pull out couch told we should of brought our own. Shower curtain was about to fall down holes in them. No toilet paper had to go down and get it as thats not there job to bring it up. Very dissatisfied would not stay there again”

“The clerk at the desk when we checked in was extremely helpful and polite even though she was very busy checking in a large group of people. She gave us directions for getting to the elevator then which way to turn when we got off the elevator. We have stayed here several times and have always found it to be clean a well maintained. The outside landscaping could use a little spruce up but overall it is fine.”

“This place is horrible. Waited for an hour before anyone was even visible that worked there. After attempting to check in we still had to wait another 30 mins to finish checking in due to them not being ready. I arrived on time to check in. No towels for the pool were stocked the whole time I was there. Will not go back. Rather sleep in my car.”

“They cleaned our room mid-stay and removed all our belongings from our room. Showed back up the second night to an empty room. They’d packed up our stuff and removed it from the room. They claimed it was due to a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Staff seemed super helpful as first, but when we asked for some sort of compensation for the “misunderstanding” they became rude. When we asked for a manager they said it would be 4-5 days before the manager would be “back in the area and could……

“Room had roaches and mice. The door had daylight coming from under the door and we couldnt lock it. Rough driveway. If the town wasnt sold out on hotels we would have left immediately. Only thing good was the cold AC.”

“The staff was exceptionally courteous. From the wonderful ladies that ran breakfast in the mornings, to housekeeping and their turndown service, to the night manager, Morgan; the staff is topnotch. When will only stay at this hotel when we visit Lincoln in the future.”
