Studio 30 m² 50 meters from the place Colbert, very bright living room (facing south), on the 1st floor of an old building of 3 apartment. Fitted and equipped kitchen, room of water with TOILET. Basic products available (shampoo, hair dryer, tea, coffee, etc ...) TV and internet. Free parking 1000 places 100 meters from the apartment and pay parking place in front. All the shops are in the street.
