“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gerralda et Remco qui nous réservé le meilleur accueil dans leur gite. La salle de bain n'est pas aussi spacieuse et confortable que les autres pièces, mais l’aménagement extérieur est venu compensé cette petite déception et l'ombre du tilleul et la piscine ont très agréablement agrémentés nos vacances en famille.Encore merci Remco et Gerralda pour avoir gentiment répondu à nos demandes.”

“Lovely house situated in a very quiet area. Property was very clean and comfortable, well maintained with good furniture. Plenty of parking area. The swimming pool is great and kept clean with the owner working hard to keep it that way. Unfortunately, poor weather in September meant that we could not take a dip very often but we could relax outside. The pool table in the lounge was very inviting and well-used in the evenings. The donkey and pony in the adjoining field were friendly, particularly……

“We had a wonderful stay in Montignac-Charente. The apartment is a short walk to the town center and we enjoyed stopping in at the patisserie and the cafe. A full grocery store is a short drive away. Our dogs also loved long walks along the country roads beside fields filled with sunflowers. Our host met us when we arrived, kindly showed us how everything worked, and even gifted us some apple preserves that tasted fabulous on our morning croissants. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us……

“Très belle maison située au calme à 18 km d’Angouleme,proche de la Charente et de petits hameaux isolés.Calme assuré dans propriété spacieuse et très confortable,piscine appreciee”

“Très propre. Clé récupérée très facilement grâce au boîtier. Deux chambres et un séjour agréables et une cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Manque juste un vrai espace pour manger si le temps ne permet pas de manger sur la terrasse.”

Cathy and her family were great, generous hosts. Getting a tour of their bee hives was a particular highlight! Overall, would highly recommend”
