"Very nice hotel in downtown Rochester with easy access to Methodist Hospital. We did not use room service or go to the restaurant but it is easily accessible on the main floor lobby level. "The hotel was clean and the room was clean. However, the couch had a definite smell of urine. It was very strong. It is a pet friendly hotel so I was assuming it was animal urine? It was bothersome, but I did not mention it to the hotel staff."
