Charming, comfortable and cozy getaway.

We spent the weekend at Betty's Bungalow and we're delighted to find a wonderful home that was clean, cozy, and very well stocked with everything we could need. Our hosts Alex and Emily saw to all the details that made our stay special. We will be back!

Perfect Place

We came for a family member to have surgery at Mayo and Betty's Bungalow was a great place to call "home" during this crazy covid 19 pandemic. Alex and Emily were amazing hosts.

Charming - Just Right

I am a patient at Mayo and usually stay at a rental home as I come 1000 miles, one way, from Tennessee. This house had everything my mom, uncle, and I needed. There was even a welcome note with some goodies. The kitchen is beautiful! The wifi is also very speedy. I appreciated the quiet street and cleanliness as well. I would stay here again, especially as it is within minutes of the main Mayo Hospital - and recommend it to anyone as an alternative to uncomfortable hotels. Thank you to the owners!

Perfect for our little family

I brought my husband, mother-in-law, and two young children with me to Rochester for a week while I received treatment at Mayo Clinic. This adorable little house for our needs perfectly. They have all the amenities that you could want and they are very responsive. We were able to cook almost all our meals at "home," which saved a ton of money. We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to stay again if we are in the area.

Dance weekend in Rochester

We spent the weekend in Rochester for my daughter’s dance competition. My mom and mother in law joined us on the trip. Betty’s Bungalow was perfect! It was so clean and felt like home. Everything we needed was available and the location was close to everything. We will definitely be back!

The house was wonderful for our family of 6- so much larger and more welcoming than a hotel room. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had items one might forget to bring like jam or ketchup. The location was quiet and convenient. They even had some fun strategy games and other board games.

Felt like home!

What a perfect retreat house this home is! I can’t wait to make a visit again to Rochester soon and stay at Betty’s Bungelow. Our family was so relaxed and felt right at home during a busy weekend of volleyball. We loved the amenities, fuzzy blankets, washer dryer and so much more while staying!! Sitting in the living room in the evening I was so glad we were relaxing with well enough space rather than cramped in a hotel room.

A true home away from home

Thank you so much Alex and Emily for being such tremendous hosts for my son and I during our nearly month-long stay while enrolled in a program at Mayo. The home was just perfect for the two of us. And when my husband and daughter came one weekend, my daughter had her own bedroom. The kitchen is fully supplied for cooking and all of the accommodations are beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, too. I highly recommend staying here. You'll feel right at home.
