The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. Random hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The furniture was pretty beat. The mattresses were incredibly hard. The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly thin and you could feel every spring. We had to request sheets and the mattress protector was covered in grass and mulch. We had to put down a $50 refundable deposit on the room to cover any potential damages. However, it seemed to be in a safe area and the rates were very reasonable.

The room was dirty. The guy on night shift said he couldn’t give me a receipt when I went to check out at 2:00am. I called back later the same morning at 8:30 am to check up on my receipt that was supposed to be emailed only to find out that he never checked me out at all. Tend was comfortable but the room was old and outdated, window had a crack, curtain hanging off, one of the lamps didn’t work, electric socket crooked,(you could see the inside of the wall. I won’t stay at this hotel again when I come back to the area.

Jusr as all roads in the Rochester area, pot holes are everywhere. The place was quiet. Only 3 of the channels had the listed content. The rest were infomercials. So, unless you want to watch cartoons, you were stuck

The parking lot has very bad holes which never seems to be fixed. There was no hot breakfast served all days that we were there like they used to due to "unforseen circumstances". There was a party that started at 11 pm and went to 1:30 to 2 am and no staff came to correct the situation. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom after it was used that lasted for hours. It smelled like someone defecated on the floor in the bathroom. The bottom sheet on the one double bed did not fit and came off every night so that I had to put it back on in the morning. The front desk staff was good. We have stayed at this hotel for many years and this was the worst stay.
