So much space to store things, I would have no problem putting all my stuff in the drawers provided and staying for a week. The full kitchen makes it easy to refrigerate, reheat, or prepare food and the dishwasher keeps the kitchen from getting too cluttered. I would actively seek out the Home2 Suites in the future because of how easy they made our stay.

Nobody told up in advance the pool was closed all weekend. I have three kids that were excited to use the pool and did not get to for the two nights we were there. Next time a heads up and option to reserve a different weekend would have been thoughtful.

We apologize for any inconvenience the emergency closure of the pool brought about. We did post it online and in the hotel and offered an adjacent hotel for temporary pool usage. We look forward to having you back again and being able to utilize all our amenities. Have a great spring.

Mattresses need to be replaced. Walking into the room I immediately noticed that both beds sagged in the middle. This hotel does not have smart TVs. I contacted the desk and it took two hours for a response. It’s easy to find and conveniently located.

The area was nice. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a 10. The ice machine ice taste weird and had a funky smell to it. I would recommend staying at this hotel. I bought along my dog and he felt comfortable.

Very nice
It was clean and comfortable. Definitely will go there again. Loved the fact that it had real dishes there to use if you need and a nice sized refrigerator. No complaints.

We were there for a Mayo visit. The shuttle was great. Our Mayo visit was a flop and they were so good about allowing us to cancel our week reservation and we were provided a full refund for days not stayed. Thank you so much

I didnt like the dirty microwave and having to unload the dishwasher. No hand soap in bathroom. Nice bfast. Friendly staff.

Excellent Service and Comfortable Stay
Family getaway. We were surprised to find out upon arrival that the hotel was hosting a youth conference. But the hotel did a great job accommodating with lots of signs with rules and expectations. They were stocked up on breakfast and extra water. Front desk and hotel staff in hallways were always present, friendly and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Room was clean and spacious.

My initial impression on the hotel was great and the check was easy and staff was initially very friendly and kind. After only a day I found a some broken things in our room and staff who I expect was head of house keeping was vert rude to staff while we accompanied the same elevator. Now one day after the trip I was now charged an additional nights stay from Home 2 Hilton and i checked out and left my room keys. Very disappointed a very cute hotel but I will not be returning ever!
