About this space
This modern, beautiful and massive space can comfortably accommodate 14 guests, and up to 3 additional guests upon request.
This five bedroom lakefront home has docking for up to 26' long pontoons, and for 2 small PWCs. There is a huge yard for playing. Plenty of fun games and activities with some amenities within walking distance. Easily park 5+ vehicles. Just bring yourselves, your pontoon or PWCs, and a smile. We provide plateware, cups, linens and towels. Just bring your water toys, beach towels, and fishing poles.
The space:
Located on the first floor is a large kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom one with a queen bed, 3/4 bathroom and laundry room. Walk outside one of four sliding doors to enjoy the beautiful sunset on the large deck overlooking the lake.

Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a king and trundle bed with en suite master bath. This room has a private balcony overlooking the lake . The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The fifth bedroom is nearly a 11'x40' bonus room loft with 6 twin beds, with plenty more room for toys and hanging out. There is a large shared bathroom on the second level.

Outside is a fire pit and permanent dock with two seadoo lifts and an electric pontoon hoist.
Guest access
Many restaurants are a short drive, and some are right on the water. Parking is spacious, and can easily fit five vehicles.
All entries are keyless.
There are 3 cameras on property. One faces the lake, one faces the driveway and one faces the neighbor behind the garage.

If you would like to rent a pontoon they are available locally with Bryant Lake or Lillypad.
