• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee)
• No Smoking 🚭 ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
