Hello Irena,Thank you for your feedback, I do want to address a couple of items here. Your reservations were certainly confirmed. But I believe the main issue here is that your two reservations were booked under two different names, only one of your rooms was directly under your name. Unfortunately, the confirmation numbers used by Expedia do not actually provide any information to our hotel system, they are internal use for Expedia so our staff are unable to pull up reservations using that information. Additionally, we do not receive any notes, marking, notifications, etc. that these reservations were in any way connected to each other or that you had booked two reservations. I do sincerely apologize about your experience, but I hope with the information I've provided the context of what occurred makes a bit more sense. If you have further questions or would like me to clarify anything please feel free to reach out to me through the hotel as I'm unable to leave contact information in reviews per Expedia policy.
