I'm baffled by the glowing reviews for this establishment. Our stay was marred by several issues. The hot tub water had a putrid smell, reminiscent of rotten bleach, and it's evident that the filtration system hasn't been maintained. Sadly, the entire facility appears outdated and neglected. Our morning encounter with a sleeping (snoring!!) staff member at the front desk was also unimpressive, and the pillows in our room had a foul odor. Although I'm reluctant to leave negative reviews, I feel compelled to share our disappointing experience to prevent others from facing similar issues.

The hotel was in rough shape. There was a broken glass pane outside of the pool, the elevator shook violently when we rode it, the weights in the weight room were falling apart or missing one in a set, the hot tub jets sprayed directly up so there were no bubbles in the middle, a man sat in a plastic chair near the hot tub and it completely collapsed on him and he fell to the floor. The door to the pool chemical room was open which I would imagine is a violation. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but definitely won’t be back.

We got there and our first room the toilet didnt work and the mirror was seperated from the frame and coming off the wall. So we called the front desk and got a new room and the AC barely worked and there was no stopper in the tub to take a bath. We took our kids and the kiddie was closed because the pool ceiling was falling down into the pool.

Our stay was ok for a quick overnight. The restaurant was nice, and loved the lobster tacos! The hallways and rooms were dull gray and outdated. Unfortunately when we went to the pool area there was a large amount of kids for a basketball tournament that took over the entire area. Not real calm and peaceful to sit in the hot tub area. It was difficult to get the bubbles to stay on in the hot tub. We had to leave due to the noise level. Workout room was ok in the morning, and breakfast was tolerable for a quick bite.

There’s a ramp there that’s not on anything it’s about 5060 feet. Is it difficult when you are in a walker or definitely a wheelchair by yourself without assistance that should be in their descriptions in the bathroom is perfect that around the bed is tight and all the restaurant has wonderful cheeseburgers for people who can eat them for people are more vegetarian vegan options. There wasn’t any. But the band was comfortable. The room was warm is a very quiet. It was an ok stay.

The room was clean, which was the high point of the hotel. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade/remodel. The tile floor was freezing by the window and walls were paper thin - neighbor kept us up most of the night with talking, then coughing. A big barking dog across the hallway did not help either. The pool / hot tub area is just sad. Inefficient venting/hvac system caused serious humidity issue. The tile walkway that leads to the pool was drenched in water (moisture from windows?) and was an accident waiting to happen. We chose this hotel mainly based on price. Next time I will pay a bit more and stay elsewhere
