We enjoyed breakfast. Room was nice layout. Would prefer a shower with a door to prevent draft. Staff was always helpful. The shuttle was excellent, picked us up rapidly when called. Drivers were very friendly. The only reason we might not return would be the room rates which seem to fluctuate.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. As I was traveling alone with a child, I appreciated the safety measures the hotel had in place, which I don't often see in other hotels. The parking garage was fully enclosed, with access limited to room key entry only. You also needed your room key to operate the elevators. Since we travel to the area for appointments from time to time, this will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

I had a great stay! I was in town for a convention. The shuttle was extremely helpful when available. The included breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need except for an ice bucket lol. The lobby/dining area is clean, cute and a nice area to hangout. Spyhouse coffee being connected is a huge bonus. Parking is easy and accessible but not included which they state before booking a room so not complaining. My only “complaint” would be not having 2 shuttles running with them having knowledge of large events going on and signing on with them but not really a big deal.

Everything was great. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and willing to help in anything. The room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included, it was ok. They offer shuttle to the hospital and other close sites, which was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the hospital.

Friendly staff, property is always super clean. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts. Love that breakfast and dining area has plenty of space; other hotels in area have small dining rooms and get crowded fast.
