Trolley

Trolley is a convenient, clean, quiet, and extremely welcoming place to stay while in Rochester. The owners are very friendly and thoughtful, giving the apartment an added charm. I already have recommended this rental to others.

Wonderful stay

This was one of our favorite VRBO spots. The owners were delightful and they went beyond to make us feel at home. We were pleased to find a tray of goodies and some snacks and drinks in the fridge when we arrived. The bed was uber comfy. We even saw THREE 6-point bucks and a few doe. Proximity to the Erie Canal trail was wonderful for getting some exercise on our bikes. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

We will stay there again!

The Trolley apartment was no disappointment. We got there early, and before I knew it, the owner was there to let us in and show us around. The place was spotless. The bed was super comfortable, there were robes for us to wear, the temperature was great (there were even fans in the closet). Coffee, complimentary wine and cheese plate, and everything you would ever need for a nice, comfortable stay. It was only 15 minutes from the airport - it was off the busy road as well and the setting was beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Trolley review

My wife and I stayed at the Trolley Apartment Upper for 8 nights in July. The accommodations were clean, roomy, and very comfortable. The hosts Jim and Alis were very personable and readily available to answer any question and/or respond to any request. The wine/cheese/bread platter that was in the fully stocked kitchen when we arrived was a welcoming touch and much appreciated. We used the patio outside multiple times, enjoying the quiet surroundings. Trolley Apartment is convenient to Pittsford and Fairport, where we found several great places to eat. We'd feel comfortable recommending Trolley to others who may be visiting the area.

TrolleyHouse Apartment

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our hosts had wine, cheese and other goodies waiting for us when we arrived. They could not seem to do enough to make our stay most enjoyable. The bed in this unit may be the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Wealready have recommended this place to our friends for when they visit Rochester.

Awesome place, loved it!

This apartment is spectacular! The bed was the softest I've ever been in, there was a washer/dryer, and it was so quiet. We even saw a deer walk by the front door. The owners are so nice and helpful with anything you need. 10/10!

Wonderful stay!

My stay at the trolley house was wonderful! So many amenities provided and lots of thoughtful touches made this a great experience. The home is in a quiet area with lovely outdoor sitting areas. Inside, everything was spotless and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Restful Retreat

Wow! We cannot say enough about this property. The apartment is beautiful. The furnishings are first rate. We were able to rest very comfortably after our long drive and the days spent with family. Our hosts were very gracious. Jim came out to meet us upon our arrival and showed us around the apartment. There was an appetizer plate and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Fresh flowers were on the kitchen table and fresh fruit on the counter. It was to snow over night, Jim had arranged for the drive to be plowed early so the drive would be clear. He also got up to shovel and salt the walk. As we were leaving Jim came out to say goodbye and wish us safe travels. We cannot wait to visit again! Maybe this summer when we sit around the fire pit with a glass wine! I am so glad we found this place and would recommend it highly.

Beautiful apartment loaded with amenities

My wife and I stayed here while visiting the Finger Lakes for our anniversary, and the place was a great fit for us. The hosts had all the amenities you could ask for (and more) on site. The place was cozy, clean, and quietly tucked away in the woods without being too far from anything you'd need. Jim was present when we arrived and showed us around, explaining how things worked and offering suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. They were responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Wonderful private apartment!

This is a lovely apartment that is well appointed. The owners have made an effort to have everything you could need. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with common cooking utensils and pots, and there are the special touches that made us feel very welcome - a platter with goodies and a bottle of wine, fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some delectable pastries in the refrigerator. Thank you to Alis and Jim for a wonderful 4 night stay in this lovely apartment!
