The room was so bad , I literally had to go get sheets and Lysol wipes in order to sleep. There’s no one at the counter to help you on a weekend even after 9am , you gotta use a phone on the wall to call for help. The entire premise smells like smoke residue . 0/10 experience and oh check in is equally as crazy

The hotel called and cancelled our reservation as we were pulling into the parking lot after check in time. They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one

The worst hotel ever I walked in and walked right out. Bugs crawling in the floor in the room. A guy outside with a big pitbull barking at us. A guy outside changing brakes on a car. The people walking around look high. Very trashy low class hotel.

I would like to say that most of the staff was pleasant. There were some exceptions and this hotel is very nice on the outside and surrounding area although at the start of my trip, they tried to tell me that my room that I had booked a month in advance was not available. The gentleman that had helped me claimed that he was off the clock and would offer to go get somebody because there was nobody at the counter. He then jumps over over-the-counter and starts looking for assistance when he can't find anybody and starts to help us and tells us that our room that we had booked in advance was non existing. After about five minutes. Another gentleman came in and saved the day. This gentleman has been very nice to me through out my whole trip. I wish I had got his name. After getting to the room, everything looked decent on the surface, but we had found that most of our towels were dirty with hair from previous guests being on them. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was broken and multiple blinds were broken the room itself. The floors were clean. The beds looked clean on the surface. One of the beds had a green hue underneath the sheets. I don't know if that's a mattress cover that they use or not. The stove top was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't even have been wiped down in a long time. I wish i had told them about these problems during my stay but i was scared to lose my room that i just barley got to begin with. i live 6hrs away and had no other option.

I can't say much as I didn't end up staying here. When I arrived, the front desk should've been open for another 30 minutes, but it was closed and no employees were around. There were instructions for after-hours check-in as well, but I tried for 30 minutes and still couldn't reach anyone in the lobby or from their after-hours check-in number. At least Expedia customer service worked quickly to get me a refund later.

There was NOONE on sight to check us in. After many attempts to call, ring the bell and get checked in we had to leave and book a different hotel. Then the hotel refuses to refund us. What hotel doesn’t have staff at night? Or leaves a sign to call and doesn’t answer. Horrible customer service.

This hotel has Cockroaches! I told the front desk and they did nothing... Didn't offer a room change, refund, or anything else I was literally told I will tell the general manager and he might come by and spray. This is not how customer service is supposed to work. This is a clear violation of NY health code and they are blatantly ignoring it.

I never stayed there. The place has dog poop in the hallways i wanted to cancel then hut i was soo tried due to being up all day because my home caught fire. I decided to give it a try because the poop wouldn't in my room i go to the room i wasn't there 2hours when i went and turned the bathroom light and a roach ran acrossed the foor and into the wall. I grabbed the fews items i had and left the front desked was closed so i called Expedia and made a complaint i need management to reach to me i shouldn't have to suffer because the place has infestation
