This is a minimum service facility. You get the bare minimum in everything. Unless you tell them ahead of time, ther will charge you $3.25 per day for laudry exchange fees. We used our tolews for six days. We paid the fee because it was in the small print of the contract. If you don't mind being nickel and dimed, this is the place for you.

We got to town and the hotel at 8:45pm and the entire lobby was closed we had to wait 20 minutes for the employee we spoke to on the intercom. Ah told us she had 30 minutes to com assist us … she was dressed for bed including a hair bonnet. She was not helpful with our room needs and the blind was missing a section that was broken and I was on the ground floor that was unexceptable so I had to request a sheet to put over the blind .. but the morning staff was very nice .

The staff at this hotel is very nice and responsive, the rooms were clean, the beds were fine, we liked that there was a full size fridge and a stove. The Bathroom was also nice. The perimeter could definitely use cleaning there was a lot of trash around, they could give you more linens and toilet paper. The halls smell funny, the wifi sucks, and theres no real amenities. For the price its a good hotel. Just lower your expectations and youll be fine.

We stayed there for a month while we were building our house. It looks like a homeless shelter. We had to leave the hotel for a day they had roaches so everything bad disgusting.

Do not recommend staying here. Housekeeping is on a two week basis. The room was not properly cleaned. I had to clean the bathroom(urine on toilet) and ask for new sheets( crumbs under the bedspread) . I asked for a broom, they didn’t have one. Gatorade bottles under the bed. Very poorly maintained

The facilities and employee were fine. However, from about 1am - 3am there were people pounding on their door in my hall. It was bad enough that I checked out after the first night (from an originally planned 3-night stay) and switched hotels. I have no idea if my experience was a fluke, but that was my experience.

I got to the hotel and Expedia messed up my booking. I was asked to pay add'l US$40 when I fully paid Expedia. The lady at the reception was not nice or friendly. Expedia ended up canceling the booking and we rebooked at the hotel. This hotel is only for sleeping. If you have plans to cook, bring your cooking utensils, dishwares, etc. My family and I were disappointed with the amenities provided but I guess we didnt read it before booking. The room was clean though. You have to pay for wifi for more than 2 devices or want to watch videos online. Overall I would rate this hotel 2 star because of their poor staff service

The establishment was in clean order, staff were very helpful. If something was needed all I had to do was just ask. Even the GM was pleasant to speak to and also work out issues on site! Nice place to relax and unwind, with laundry on site works well l.

To begin some of the staff was not professional and courtesy. The attitude of the staff manager was not pleasant to be out in the front people want someone that they can feel comfortable enough to talk to. The housekeeping staff was not pleasant at all very rude. When you’re paying your money to stay in an establishment it should feel pleasant and warming to be in. I have stay here for about three weeks and there’s no reason why a patron should fear to go to the front desk to ask for what they need.

Decent place to stay staff was helpful. Bed and pillows were less than desirable. Rooms do not have any soap shampoo etc. There were a lot of kids running the hallways and parking lot and numerous dogs barking.
