Everyone from the front desk all the way down to the cleaning services was amazing. I enjoyed the bar. The bartender was very personable and had an amazing personality and massage was done by Anna. My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!

The first room was too hot from a faulty thermostat, but they were able to get me another room without issue. The 2nd room had a good amount of wear and tear. Some of the furniture is dated as well. Overall, the stay was clean and a good value for the price.
