「Perfect setting and great facility!」

「We really lucked out with this. Brillianr place. Only hiccup was trying to find it as sat nav misdirected us. In the end Bonnie drove out to find us which was really kind. Would recommend looking for the sign for Pack Rat Pat’s which is on the same turn off. Really good facilities, comfy beds, great shower, nice big kitchen (dishwasher, air fryer, big stove and fridge freezer, coffee maker), veranda with BBQ and views of the cows. Nice friendly dogs that come to greet you as you arrive. 」

「This was perfect for our family gathering, with two showers/bathrooms, lots of closet space, many rooms and spaces for family groups to spread out to do various activities together. 「Jeanne was such an amazing host. We had our wedding at the otter house and everything was so beautiful. She provided beautiful flowers and the perfect wooden arbor. 「Such a gem! Me and my partner had such a relaxing and peaceful stay here. Lots of thoughtful touches inside and out. Good directions, easy to check-in, clean, very private, and communication with Lorie was great. We'll definitely be back, we were so impressed how hot the outdoor shower was with such good water pressure!!」

"It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time."
