「the condo was dated, carpet taped down in some spots, dishwasher broken, slider screen did not close properly, bathroom floor needs repair, over all just needs go through and do some repairs. the unit was very clean though and we enjoyed our stay」

「Clean, cute, room! Perfect in every way I needed it! Location to beach was my favorite part. It made me feel more like a local than a tourist passing through! I was also able to travel up and down the coast in reasonable time. I would def stay here again! Shops and cafes close by as well as a little grocery store. Everyone was so kind!」

「Amazing, unobstructed 180 ocean view from the deck and steps to the long, sandy beach. Quirky, older house with a sloping floor in one area, for a touch of whimsy. Clean, cozy and thoughtfully stocked. Out of the way enough to be quiet yet near enough to food and shops.」

「Clean, modern. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t need a ton of room but there was enough room to be more than comfortable for a visit. We were very close to places to eat and all the little shops so we didn’t have to deal with parking to get food or go to the beach. Everything was in walking distance and we would drive to go out of the immediate area. Parking was good for our one vehicle. We weren’t right on the main road but right near it so we didn’t have constant traffic going...

「I’m a stickler for cleanliness. This cottage was immaculate! I’m talking no old debris in the corners, walls were clean and a super clean bathroom. This was way more than we expected in a beach town. No sand to be found in the cottage. Amenities were all we needed. Thank you for the coffee and brewer!」

「Fabulous ocean view of Twin Rocks. Well equipped kitchen. Could have used a couple of butcher knives. Plenty of glasses plates etc for a family. Thank you for a real coffee maker for me and a Keurig for my sister. I loved it!!! My only complaint would be the two futons. They are very well used and were quite lumpy to sit on let alone sleep on. I would love to stay here again the location in Rockaway was perfect. You can tell this home is loved. Thank you for sharing it with our family.」

「Fridge seemed to be a little on warmer side not sure it was working properly but wasn't a concern for me. Was a pair of old boxers left by the hot tube not mine. Hot tub water was on lower side with grass and stuff in it. Couch wasn't what was in pictures and had some tains but brought blankets to cover so not a huge deal. Really just little things in my opinion but want to write an honest review.」

「Great property! Cute little house in a great location! Not mentioned but there were a couple of beach chairs and a few beach toys in the basement. Also, the 9th Avenue Toy Library was amazing! Thankful for kind people! Would definitely stay again.」
