「Fantastic view of the beach...just down the stairs. Good central location on the nothern part of the coast.」

「It wasnt we were expecting, it did not match picrtures online; it was rundown and was a repurposed single wide trailer. Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. The lake is beautiful but for the price and the place, go down the road a few miles and stay somewhere else.」

「The property was OK.less stuffed from another properties. Need more stuff in the bathroom, kitchen and barbecue area. Otherwise, the property was clean and combination with the host normal.」

「I thought this property was clean, had everything we needed for our family group of 5, close access to the beach w/ an amazing ocean view. I would book again at this location ! The only thing I would complain about is not having a tv in the bedroom. There was only a tv in the living room.」

「The suites on the water are nice. The standard rooms are terrible. Super small, with no air flow. Also, no AC in any rooms!」

「Budget friendly, clean and quiet hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and there were a few food options close by. The room was huge. There was no telephone in the room not that we needed one anyway. We spent one night passing through and it was perfect. We ate at Fern‘s Café and had a wonderful experience during our stay.」

「It’s the nicest place to stay but it’s showing signs of wear & could use some care, upkeep & updating. The rooms smell of age & animals. There should be exclusive pet rooms only due to allergies, etc. Our staff member upon check in was wonderful & took care of us in moving us to a better smelling room.」

「The location is fantastic. I have stayed at these cabins a couple of times, and the value for the money is becoming less and less. It's a little disappointing to see the lack of maintenance in the units, to see piles of broken doors and building debris around the cabins, and wear and tear accumulating. This time the deck was so rotten, someone heavier is going to fall through it. Let's not wait until they become a health, life, safety concern. Please maintain these better. This is such a...
