“Property is missing basic complimentary “Coffee and related stuff”. Hotel staff is also average when you request for coffee they will respond by telling no kitchen and we are running out of staff to help. Very disappointing answer. Property is clean but over priced. ”

“The kitchen was nice, but not as stocked as before. The windows, only one opened and my husband had to close it the mechanism that broke. Mentioned all of this to the lady at the desk he was nice and appreciated that I told her. We have another trip planned in August for the same room. You do need to bring your own kitchen towels they don't have any 🙂”

“Location was perfect, clean rooms the hotel needs updating but it is currently under construction. Can’t wait to see what it’s like when it’s done .”

“Excellent service, wonderful room, and amazing view of the ocean! The cookies at 6pm were a lovely touch and I very much enjoyed the breakfast.”

“Our room was spacious, warm, and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the room ws nice and the view was exactly what we wanted. The drawback was how loud the doors close and the intoxicated people playing in the hallway. No matter how carefully you close the doors, they slam and disrupt those around you. Our neighbor was in and out of there room dozens of times late at night and it made it impossible to sleep.”

“It is my favorite hotel because it close to the beach, two minutes on foot.”

“Late check in due to flight cancelled, but didn't explain change reservation, which cause we had to moved out the room in the evening from the 2nd day of our 3 day booking. Hopefully we didn't get double charged.”

“The room with a view, the balcony and beach access down to a nice beach were the things we appreciated the most. We were disappointed in the wash stations not working, We were only able to use our gift card for reservations and gift shop, not the restaurant. Our wait time at the restaurant was long, we waited almost 30 minutes to order after being seated for dinner, and although we ordered right away for breakfast, our food came almost an hour later and coffee after that.”
