“When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked……

“The property states they are 5.93 miles from Ilani Casino. As a bird flys it is traveling in a CAR it is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the casino. We booked the Beat Western based on it being 5.93 driving miles away. We were on the phone for an hour getting this canceled and refunded. Please fix this on the website. “Strong odor of smoking near my room”

“Clean, quiet, cute riverside room, nice comfy bed. Wifi was terrible. River view was cute and worth the price. Would stay again.”

So we tried to use lights outside the room, so we could see somewhat. Huge black garbage bag at top of stairs when we arrived was still there in the morning. “Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. ”

“The front desk staff here were outstanding, friendly and helpful. This is the best motel in Kelso and Longview. The bonus: the best, free chocolate chip cookies at the front desk. They tasted homemade.”

“We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place.
