"Best onsen pool experience ever, loved the sake bar and everything about the place, even the calm entry way!"

"This hotel is incredibly loud. The walls must be paper thin. You can hear the shower above you running unusually loud and often and most everything your neighbors say. It’s a shame because it was very clean, and the staff were nice, but we didn’t get any sleep here. There were people in the hallways making noise all night. Lots of weird/sketchy activity in the surrounding neighborhood."

"Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, pubic hair and splatter on the counter tops in the bathroom. Otherwise bed linens were clean. Coffee was good. TV was in working order. Door locks were loose and had to run the key card several times before it took. Front desk was helpful."

I cannot even get through to anyone helpful by phone. I was on a call for over a half hour and transffered three times with no one able or willing to help me."
