"I was disappointed that the pool was too cool to enjoy. The hot tub jets were not functioning and were not functioning several months ago either. They are two of my main reasons for choosing this hotel. Oatmeal packets were available but water was too cold to dissolve the cereal and no microwave was available. The waffles had a very off flavor. We spent the night before in another Best Western where the waffles were delicious. Maybe each one buys their own product? This has long been one of my favorite stays. The views are beautiful, beds are outstanding, it is quiet and peaceful, but, I am not excited about a return visit."

"WOW !! The view was incredible. The house met the description in the listing very well. We loved sitting on the deck and simply enjoying the lake and everything around us. The new construction was spotless and well appointed. I really liked that each living area had its only thermostat/heater. This allowed us to keep the bedroom a little cooler at night, the bathroom a little warmer. The tank less water heater was a great feature too."

"Everything was great except that there is a horse corral immediately adjacent to the property and flies could make it in through both bathroom windows. I think if the fly entry was resolved it would certainly be 4.5 star or more property/stay. We probably killed 26 flies in the two days mostly in the bathrooms but sometimes in the rest of the condo."
