Great views

This place is great and I come back every year and stay in the same condo. Could be cleaned a lot better and update some things like comforters on the beds. Keep up on small repairs would be nice. I hate to see such a great place not taken care of.

The view of the beach from the large windows was awesome! Loved the access to the beach, which made it very easy to enjoy the sand and ocean. This unit could use some maintenance, however, as there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed. At times we had trouble turning off the faucet in the master bedroom, at times we had problems turning on and off the garbage disposal, some of the lights underneath the kitchen cabinets were burned out, if you didn’t slam the entrance door really hard it would just randomly pop open, and it appears that the fireplace has not been functioning for quite some time. It also would’ve been nice to know that the second floor unit was equivalent to a third floor level as the parking garage was underneath and more stairs than what you would think would be for a second floor unit. Overall, we had a great time!

Beautiful Ocean View!

Beautiful view, beautiful beach! The property was very clean, and the check in easy. The stairway entrance to the property seemed a little dirty and dank, and the front door was difficult to lock. Check out time was 10:00 am. 11:00 would have been much more convenient. All in all, I would stay here again.

Great beach low quality condo

Poor furniture condition. Interior damage due to rain water; broken chair in closet. Beach view and ocean experience was fine but the interior was very sub par. Not an experience worth repeating.

Almost 5 star

Beautiful and large condo with a gorgeous location right on the beach. It was very clean, except for a hidden spill inside one of the cabinets from a previous guest. Pretty much everything you might need to cook with was there. A couple of shortcomings keep me from giving it a fifth star. 1. The fire alarm is NOT monitored (ask me how I know) even though there is a notice on who to call etc if you set it off accidentally. 2. There were numerous lights out in the very dark and steep exterior stairway, including the one over our door. 3. This is very minor but, we could not get the toaster to work no matter how we tried

Roof work, no elevators, Direct TV not working, no shades in main area so got hot, only 1 fan, Tsunami so we had to get a different hotel on the first night. Only 1 beach chair, no hooks in bathroom, not enough privacy for shower in master bath. Bed uncomfortable in second bedroom. Need to do repairs like fireplace and molding in main area.

Beautiful view, amazing beach access

This was a much needed break from the everyday grind. Beautiful view and beach access cannot be beat. Space was very clean. Loved the home and would stay here again. Very little beach traffic. Only cons was the small details. Holes in sheets and towels, paint and finishes need attention.

This was a great and much needed vacation. Beautiful view, amazing beach access, and very clean. Small details need to be paid attention to but overall, after three trips to Oregon, this was my favorite and I would book again

Gorgeous view

Loved how few people were on this beach. Loved the covered parking. Spacious layout. Did not like the master shower open to the bedroom. Overall, fantastic! Would stay again!

Great views but not for those who cant do stairs

The condo was gorgeous! Its big and roomy with great views. However it could use some repairs -fireplace and elevators dont work. The stairs are super narrow and this condo takes 3 floors to get to. Otherwise it was a great place to spend a few days on Spring Break!

Great property, no response from Vacasa

We had issues with parking as there was not a reserved spot with our unit's number. We called Vacasa their local person agreed and told us to park in a unit with 2 spots. Still uncomfortable, hopefully they will resolve for future guests. Second issue was there was an overwhelming amount of bird poop on the windows of this condo, enough that you didn't want to look out at the awesome view. Same Vacasa representative told us they couldn't resolve the issue as it was on the 2nd level, but we could call Vacasa customer service to ask for a discount, which we did and were told we would get a call back that day or the next. So far no call from Vacasa. It's disappointing that we didn't even get a call back to say they wouldn't offer anything, but we got no call at all, Vacasa needs to step it up. Other than that, the place is on the beach and all interiors were clean. The view from the deck was beautiful.

Stunning View

The view here is definitely the best part. Easy beach access. Important to note you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get in, no elevator. Very comfortable living room. However the bed was horrible- soft, lumpy and springs.

BREATHTAKING VIEW

Even though the weather was cold and rainly...it did not matter as the view was stunning, and the open, light and bright room made it so enjoyable to be there. I stay in vacation rentals on the Oregon coast quite often and this was my favorite view. The kitchen stocking was not as nice as compared to others I have stayed in, Dollar Store quality..almost went and bought some new hot pads to leave for the next guests. The staff was very responsive and polite when I did call for concerns. Like other reviews, maybe a little more atttention to upkeep like the stairwell lights, the outlet under the counter that needs replaced, new door latch is needed. Minor things though...overall I would come back to this one for the location and view.

Beautiful

Dishes and glasses were sticky. Floor going towards bedrooms was dirty. Other than that it is a beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Would stay there again.
