Every contact with Spencer was professional, timely, and friendly. He takes great care of his property. One of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. Fabulous view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Very comfortably furnished and well thought out. It’s a great place.

Just passing through

Traveling up the Oregon coast and spent a couple of nights here. Cute little property with great ocean views and beach access. The place was clean and convenient with all the amenities you need.

Cozy cottage with all the conveniences of home. Beach is very close after a short walk up and over the dune. We enjoyed having the fully stocked kitchen and the ability to do laundry before our departure. The fireplace was a big plus along with comfy beds. Check in process was so simple and easy communication with the owner was very helpful. Our favorite part was relaxing on the deck and having beach bonfires in the evening. Wood provided! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic house on the beach

Had a great couple night stay with the kids. House is right on the beach with a nice little path to get down to it. It's in a great spot with a lot of activities on the sand or in town. The kids LOVED the classic train ride from Rockaway to Garibaldi. Check-in and out was easy, all instructions and directions were very clear. We had a blast!

Great Beach Access

This was a great place with many extra touches to make guests feel welcome. Plenty of kitchen equipment and things like hand soap, paper towels, trash liners, dishwasher detergent,etc. A nice outdoor hose to rinse sandy feet off before entering the unit. Even working USB plugs next to the beds. Looked like there was only one beach chair in the closet but we had brought our own so that did not bother us. Beautiful views, and we really enjoyed the front deck with the house next door blocking the wind.

November on the Oregon Coast

If we are ever on the Oregon Coast again we will definitely stay here again! I am a detail oriented person so I loved all the provided information about check-in & check- out. Everything went smoothly except for the weather, which was expected. Despite the King tides, we were able to enjoy walks along the beach at low tide and get great pictures of the full moon over the ocean. It was beautiful! Spencer was great about getting us information on the weather and what to look out for during the very high tides. Visiting in November was peaceful and the place was cozy! We took advantage of the remote fireplace in the evenings. This place has everything that we needed.

This was beautifully decorated and supplied house. The view was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything. The host was always ready to answer questions. We highly recommend this vrbo.

Very comfortable, peaceful oceanside beach house. Very clean, well-stocked and with new appliances. Property was described accurately in the listing. The owner was very proactive providing access details, wifi password, and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to see from a local's perspective. We felt right at home and did not experience any issues, and the owner contacted us to make sure we had everything that we needed. It was a very nice 2-bedroom 2 bath home with a roomy family room, eating area and a fully equipped kitchen. Only a few steps down the path and we were on the nice sandy beach. There was plenty of parking space and an EV charger located on the property. Great views of the ocean from the wall-to-wall windows and the large patio. We had a comfortable stay and would stay there again.
