「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」

「We were in Ottawa for a tournament, the location was great for us and it was not that far of a drive to the major Ottawa attractions, We booked with the included breakfast, it was a really good buffet style that included eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage all kinds of fruit, breads and yogurt, cereal etc. overall we were very happy with the breakfast options and the staff were awesome!」

「Ubers have a hard time getting to the hotel. Inside the room there could some updates like the ceilings look like they are about to fall apart.」

「We had a room looking onto the Rideau River, so it was nice and quiet, even though we were very close to the airport. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was a bit smallish and the shower was rather claustrophobic, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.」
