Retreat near the river

We had an excellent stay at this property—very peaceful, lots of spaces indoors and outdoors to hang out. Sunroom, outdoor tables, patios, etc. House was really lovely with lots of charm. Owner very responsive to questions and check in and check out was very easy. Hope to visit again!

This house is set up for a large group. Lots of things to do including a basement full of pinball machines, pool table, foosball table, etc. everyone said it was one of the best places to stay. Really enjoyed the view of the river. So peaceful

We booked this property a year ago for our son's wedding. This property is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay during a crazy time between events for the wedding. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Rockford

Owners were very accommodating. Check in and out was very easy.

This was a beautiful home. Very clean and spacious. Views were awesome of the River! Game room was an added plus! Gazebo in the yard was so nice and relaxing. Sun porches were soooo nice!

Perfect Stay

There are no words to describe this home and Ron's attentiveness to his guests. The interior of the home is so comfortable and cozy and no detail is spared. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is memory that our girls will have for a very long time. I would highly recommend staying if you get the opportunity!

Perfect for a weekend get away

We are a group of 10 and the house was perfect for us. Lots of room to watch TV, play games, parking off the street. Used the game room in the basement and the cornered patio by the water. The host was quick to respond to our questions

The house is very nice and love the kitchen the master bedroom was great

My only problem was the bathrooms accommodation because I had older people in my group going up and down the stairs was the only problem other than that everyone love it

Beautiful property, with immaculate detail

Our son got married in Rockford, so we wanted our family to stay together for the days of rehearsal and wedding. The home was so accommodating to have your family there! Would definitely recommend this property. Such beautiful view of the river. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and kitchen and eating area was great fir whole family.

Gorgeous property with views for days!!!!

We absolutely loved the house and the entire property. We were in town for a wedding and it was so enjoyable to stay here and get ready. The house is gorgeous with so much attention to detail!!! We rented the property for out of town family for our son's wedding. It is beautiful! We all loved exploring the 3 floors and hanging in the basement. Hosts were great to work with. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

This house is beautiful. It was well equipped for our family gathering, and so much room inside and out nobody wanted to leave! The one possible issue there may be is was keeping the noise level down outside if you have a larger crowd. Neighbors are very close. We enjoyed our stay!
