After a long travel day, I arrived at the Harbour line Hotel for my check-in. The staff was efficient and courteous. My room was spacious, welcoming, and clean. The bed and the pillows were comfortable which meant I got a good nights sleep. But best of all the nightly room rate through Expedia was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this hotel to a traveler visiting Rockland Maine.

The beds were comfortable and the room was okay. I was in room 321. The hotels WiFi didn’t work in the room. Next door, a baby cried off and on throughout the night. I went to get ice several times and the ice machine was empty. We could not enjoy the balcony as the carpeting on the balcony was wet and moldy. I m guessing that I will never stay here again. I wish there was at least a vending machine or a place to buy snacks and beverages at the hotel. Everything closes so early and getting bottle water after a certain time was nearly impossible.

We did not stay here. Once we arrived, the place did not appear like a good place to stay, the code did not workat our room door, there was a crazy man yelling profanities, and the ceiling tiles were displaced, etc. Waiting for a refund and it seems like they are ignoring me on that as well. Both expedia and I have sent them emails requesting a refund given the conditions I did not feel safe there. Do NOT stay here is my recommendation. We made another reservation elsewhere and sadly have not been refunded for a room we didn't feel safe staying at!

No clock, no inside chair, no telephone to contact desk, no coffee maker. Coffee not available until 7:am. Missing room fire alarm. Good porch table and 2 chairs. It was basic accommodations for one night. Pros: very clean, quiet, the windows do open to let in fresh air. Close to great walks along the river and restaurants. Cons: no hair dryer in the room, no extra blankets, pillows, etc. The sink is outside the shower/toilet room and a large mirror on the wall reflects everything the person at the sink is doing. The room is definitely not suitable to share with anyone but a partner. Also, the sink is a bar sink with a very large kitchen type spray faucet. Try brushing your teeth using such a faucet!
