The house was in perfect order with instructions on everything. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with lots of gadgets and a terrific pantry. Unfortunately we had some problems with the main floor toilet but were able to get it working. We did use that big air conditioning unit one night as it got rather hot. It is a lovely house and we enjoyed it very much.
