The staff was very pleasant, & courteous. They made our stay a very enjoyable and comfortable one. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. It was safe and though located on a busy highway and across from the LIRR, the noise of the traffic and train was not disturbing. I would recommend this location and return on my next visit.

Its a wonderful property centrally located. The staff is lovely. However I am an older single traveler with a service dog which usually means a late night walk. The only grassy area is a block away near the train tracks. I grew up there so I wasn’t bothered by it but I might imagine a first time visitor might be apprehensive about making that walk late at night. Bring a Buddy. Or your own patch of Astro turf. I wish I’d thought to ask if someone was on staff that might accompany me. Otherwise a wonderful stay!!!

It claims to be a non-smoking property but the hotel is hosting welfare recipients who seem to have enough money to buy and smoke their Marijuana in the elevators and the parking lot and the room I rented had a smell of pot maked by air freshener. I will not be returning to this property. Too close to the Railroad.

This has apparently become a section 8 housing hotel L. It is loud. All Hours of the day and night. Kids running the hallways; People drinking in the hallways and stairwells. Staff at front desk hardly there; had to ask for towels. Room was dusty and smelled of mildew. Click had not been updated for change of clocks month ago; likely longer than that since someone. Cleaned the room. We slept in our clothes above the bedding and checked out at 7am. It’s unsafe and unclean.

Good hotel closed to JFK
Room was very clean, hot breakfast was very tasty, staff was nice and cordial. Long Island railroad station was 2 minutes walk and close to FJK airport. My only complain is that it has exterior hallways and it was raining and water gets in the hallways. Otherwise it was a nice hotel to stay.

We only stay for 1 night to attend my aunt funeral. The service desk was helpful, and the room was clean, and we able to sleep and leave early in the morning for the 8:30 am burial service. We did not get to check out the continental breakfast.

Close to my relative's house. Train right behind hotel so somewhat noisy. Rooms need some repairs along wall seams, floors. Daily cleaning service was fine. Breakfast included with room was very good. Food was hot, make your own waffles. Very please with that.

Very noisy rooms from traffic , other guest sounding like elephants with every step they make . Not sure if it’s kids running around in the room above but it’s been going on for over an hour . Wouldn’t recommend staying here . But it’s very clean and the beds are comfy, so the noise ruins it.

The behavior you mention isn't reflective of the service culture we aim for, and we're disheartened to learn that you didn't receive the level of support and engagement we usually pride ourselves on.
