「Friendly staff」

「Hotel was in a great location, very convenient for our visit to Catawba College. Clean accomodations, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area!」

「It was a wonderful stay comfortable and clean room staff exceptionally pleasant and friendly」

「Absolutely best value anywhere, spotless, quiet, convenient, the room even smelled good!」

「We always stay at the hotel. Its always clean and the staff are great and friendly. I loved, loved the smell as we walked in. We also like the fact that we can walk down to the vinyard. Just wish it didn't close on us at 3:00. And the trail leading to the vinyard needs some attention. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a long time. Used to have gravel on the walkway and there were rocks we used to sit on for photos. All covered. Not sure who keeps up with that, but could you pass the word on?」

「Good location, room needs updates, bed was comfortable, microwave wasn't working correctly, and no coffee pot for coffee maker.」

「On line says it has a hot tub. No hot tub available.」

This is ridiculous. I have not had time to reach out to hotel, but I will never put our guys that have worked their...

「This was the perfect quick getaway for us. The Hosts were amazing and very kind, the building is even better than advertised. We enjoyed a drink in the on site tavern before a short walk to explore the town. We had a very great weekend. We’ll be back and definitely recommend to any couple.」

「The breakfasts were the same each day. A little variety in the menu would have been more appealing.」

「This place has roaches. I will never stay there again.」

「If you can't speak very good English, it's better not to book this hotel. I experienced serious discrimination when I checked in. The reception guy were rude and impatient and seemed to use the guest's English proficiency to determine whether they needed to be treated politely or not. It's true that I can't communicate in English fluently, but I still want to be treated kindly. Maybe it's part of life, but I would also like to advise anyone who can't communicate in English to avoid booking this...
