「 Moon River Ranch is nestled in the middle of nowhere (Satin, Texas) and it sits on 650 acres! We booked the cozy farmhouse and it was enough space for our family of 6 with plenty room to spare. 「LOVED the house! It's so much fun and functional! We have a toddler so the playground in the back sold us, then I fell absolutely in love with the convertible toilet seat for the little one. All the details in this house are perfect. We love to take family walks, so on the first night we walked a couple of blocks and turned back, that's the only negative. Never felt unsafe in the house, just not a really walkable neighborhood.」

「Two moms driving in from Central Texas for a campus tour of Baylor. We had a fantastic time. We played games and roasted s’mores by the fire. If our daughters choose the university, we will definitely be regulars at this house. Beds also very comfortable however, the sound of cars outside had me using my White Noise maker on my phone.」
