Amazing Getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group - two other families joined my family and each couple had their own room with a king-sized bed. There were still 7 other beds for our kids to sleep in and the cousins all loved the bunk room. Plus we all had our own decks with amazing lake views. The downstairs area was perfectly open to accommodate all of us without feeling overcrowded. As great as this house was for us, the location couldn't have been better. We spent our days floating and enjoyed so many close restaurants. I usually don't leave reviews, but this place worked out so well and we will definitely be booking again!

Best dock on the lake

We had a fantastic stay at this lake house! The location is perfect, with plenty of lakeside restaurants and bars nearby. The house itself is spacious and well-designed, with bedrooms conveniently separated from the main living space. We have stayed here before, and the recent upgrades the owners have made are impressive. The brand new deck and deck furniture is a standout feature, perfectly complementing the amazing views. The dock is also incredible, featuring a huge sun deck with tons of seating, including loungers and cool swinging chairs. We especially enjoyed the fun kayaks and the extra boat slips for our boat. Overall, the improvements have greatly enhanced our experience, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Plenty of room but in need of repairs

We chose this property because we needed room for 20 bodies. Ages ranged from early 80s to 7yrs of age. We enjoyed our stay but didnt give a high rating because the property needed many repairs. The door handle fell off the french doors going out to the deck on first use. If you rent this place, bring your own toolbox. Also, upon arriving, the dumpster was already full. Still not emptied 5 nights later when leaving. In addition, the home was not that clean. Definitely dont slide anything under the bed. I was concerned during the entire stay about the railing on the back deck. Very wobbly and below are dangerous rocks. The gangplank made a continuous schreeching noise from the waves. Because of the waves, the deck boards on the gangplanks moved and left dangerous gaps. Listing of amenities is misrepresented. We were left 5 trash bags and 5 dishwasher pods. Each bathroom had the tiny sample bottle of soap, shampoo and conditioner that you get in a hotel. Went through first day. The most negative aspect is the stairs to bedrooms. You have to climb 27 steps to get to the bedrooms. If you have older people in your group, look for a rental that has at least one bedroom on main floor. Only one frig, if you have a large group, plan on using your coolers. Kayaks are rated for kids. Weight limit is 130 lbs. Need code to unlock. Watch for wasps. Bring beach towels. Bring large pans if cooking for large group.
