「Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company...

「What a beautiful and relaxing stay we enjoyed at Tree Top! The view of the lake from the floor to ceiling windows was simply gorgeous. The king bed in the main level bedroom was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Sam in the front office was absolutely fantastic- so sweet and helpful. Only suggestion would be to provide pool towels - we improvised and used bath towels but pool towels would be a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again.」

「We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. 「This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog.
