「Convenient location to get around greater Knoxville. Felt safe in the immediate neighborhood. Quick walk across the street to coffee or just a short walk to KBrew. Great pizza at A Dopo for dinner. Easy drive to UT campus. Addressed a few concerns with host and she was quick to respond.」

「Clean room, comfortable space. Great location in terms of walking to old town- restaurants, shops. Not great location in terms of sleep quality- the trains sound like they are going to blast through the wall- I highly recommend packing ear plugs (or even better- the host could provide)
Pack your own k cups, they have the machine but no coffee supplied.
We did have difficulty with the cooling unit, but the property said they were going to have maintenance check on it- I would recommend checking...
