「Hosts stopped responding immediately after check-in.
The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We reported the issues right away, but nothing was addressed and all follow-up messages were ignored. Expedia was also unable to reach the host.
Towels had stains. Sheets had hair and dark fuzz. Floors were dirty. The kitchen counter was covered in sugar, and the nightstands and shower had visible debris and dust.
We booked this place partly for the sofa bed, but no second set of sheets was provided...

「Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben waren Leselampen an den Betten! Der Wasserkocher hat Eigengeruch an den Tee abgegeben, wahrscheinlich, weil er fast neu war. Trotzdem 5 Sterne und eventuell wieder...」

「A friendly, personal welcome awaited us upon key handover. The house is older, but extensively renovated and very modern. A wooden staircase leads up to the apartment. It's a beautiful apartment on the upper floor with a fantastic view. Everything you need is in the kitchen. A TV and Wi-Fi are available, of course. It was clean and pleasant. The town of Pirmasens isn't particularly beautiful, but the surrounding forest is even more so!」

「Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, die Ferienwohnung war wirklich schön, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, es hat uns aber an nichts gefehlt. Lediglich ein bisschen Platz, um Lebensmittel zu verstauen, wäre schön gewesen, aber wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Die Gastgeberin haben wir auch kennengelernt und sie war sehr sympathisch und unser Hund durfte auch im Garten laufen.」
