「Tired rooms, staff not particularly enthusiastic or communicative, slow to respond to requests for basics like towels and toilet paper, most of the focus on the glitzy casino attached, and bedbugs. This wouldn't pass inspection as a three-star in most Western countries.
On the plus side, the breakfast was well done, there's a good restaurant next door (Happy) with contrastingly great service (so it is possible), and it's a short walk into the town centre and other attractions.」

「The hotel wasn’t acting like a 5* hotel. The facilities are good but the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. We were welcomed with no toilet paper in our room (like none) and no hair conditioner. The biggest shock for me was the receptionist who supposed to receive a package which I phoned earlier about and it was rejected 3 times with no phone call to me.
