Introducing additional dishes and rotating options would significantly improve the dining experience and overall satisfaction. Addressing these items will enhance both service quality and customer perception."

"Room clean, pretty basic, bathroom very poorly designed with nowhere to store washbag. No extractor fan so completely steamed up after showering. Entry door to room had faulty lock which could easily have left you locked out of room. Can't belive management hadn't noticed it. Dangerous rug right in front of open fire in the bar lounge with curled up edges, real trip hazard. Food pretty good. Hotel itself is totally isolated, although we did know that before booking. "
