Lovely, Big Vacation home close to the lake.

Lovely, Big Vacation home. Great for big families. Very close to town and the lake. Small pool was perfect for our quick weekend away. Floaties and pool toys available in the garage. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to hang out. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Home is neat as a pin. Lots of parking.

Beautiful home, poor management company, tiny pool

We arrived to find the tiny pool green and not able to be used. The home itself was beautiful and well kept. It was large and accommodating for two families. The management company, Vacasa, was horrible to work with in regards to getting the pool fixed.
Green pool. Pool is more the size of a hotel hot tub.

We had a wonderful time ! House was nice. Communication was great whenever we had any questions. The pool was small, but enjoyable ! The only thing that could’ve been better is that the backyard maintenance could’ve been a little better. The outdoor couch and chairs were all moldy and we had to find alternate seatings. Also, one of the burners on the grill didn’t work. But, overall a great stay!

Big, spacious, updated vacation home. We had 12 people stay very comfortably. Super close to Beaver lake. Close to town. Home was immaculate when we arrived. The pool is smaller, but was great for all of us. There are floaties available in the garage. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Lots of beach towels and bath towels were available. If you need assistance with the house look for the book left by the property manager. Vacasa, the management company who own the property, are virtually useless. Which is a shame, because it it a wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful home, tiny pool, poor management company

The home itself was beautiful and comfortable for two families to share. The kitchen needs some updated amenities such as cooking utensils, pots, and pans but we made due. The pool was green when we arrived and we had a hard time getting this resolved. The management company, Vacasa, was impossible to get answers from, and we wasted time trying to get the green pool resolved. I will NEVER rent a home being managed by Vacasa again which is sad because this home was beautiful and inviting.
