Welcome to The Colorful Casa! We're centrally located to ALL of Northwest Arkansas. From our home you can be almost anywhere in NWA in less than 20 minutes: Pinnacle Prominade, Top Golf, Wal-Mart AMP, U of A Hog games, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from The Colorful Casa since we're only 2 miles off of I-49! Then after an eventful day, settle in to enjoy a new, cozy, well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV to stream from your own accounts, laptop-friendly workspace, walk-in shower, jetted tub, shower/tub combo, walk-in closet, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances w/ dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, instant pot, microwave

GENERAL: Free WiFi, central heat & air conditioning, hair dryer, washer/dryer, hangers, iron/board, linens/towels, trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper to get you started

PARKING: Garage parking (2 cars), driveway parking (2 cars), street parking

OUTSIDE: Fully fenced in flat backyard, concrete patio, direct access to Razorback Greenway from our neighborhood

Guests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closets) and fenced in yard. The garage is available for you if you'd like to park your vehicle or bikes in out of the weather. We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

Our smart TVs are for streaming your own accounts.

We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

This property was close to everything you could possible do in Rogers. We enjoyed our stay, very clean, quaint and cozy. Equipped with all the stuff a home needs. We would stay again. The host was wonderful and his instructions were easy to follow.

Wonderful stay at the colorful casa in Rogers Arkansas. We enjoyed the home very much. Definitely would stay here again. CLEAN, comfortable, and had all the amenities you should need and more. Month-long Stay

My husband, two young daughters and I lived in the Colorful Casa for just over a month in-between homes. The home was comfortable, clean, and the most well-stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. I took a lot of kitchen supplies with me based on prior experiences at other places and ended up not needing any of it. The hosts were also super easy to communicate with as I extended our stay three different times. They were so accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone needing a soft place to land in Rogers.

Home Away From Home!

Perfect for families with kids of all ages! We had a 2 and 5 year old that loved the big bath tub and backyard! This home came equipped with a pack and play AND high chair, which is not something often provided! We were in the area attending a Razorback football game and it was a smooth and easy 30min drive to the stadium. Great location, super clean, extremely homey and spacious - I will absolutely be booking again next time we attend an event in Fayetteville!!

Surgery

Gary had hip replacement surgery on the 13th. We needed to stay close to hospital and dr. for a couple of nights. King lift bed was helpful. Property was conveniently located ~ very clean and well kept. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and did not care for the color scheme, but very nice overall.

Excellent accommodations! House was spotless and neighborhood was nice. Host was very communicative and thoughtful. For example, there was a QR code next to the thermostat to explain the system. Home was well appointed with iron, coffee pods, a few snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient

The home was very clean and welcoming. A nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Ingress and egress into the house was easy and worked first time every time. The garage was clean and we did use it to park. Website pictures were accurate and layout of house was great with master on one side and other two bedrooms on the other. Master bath is super nice with a large walk-in closet. The king sized bed was double adjustable, which I used for reading before bedtime. The kitchen was exceptionally well supplied. A nice supply of games in the hall closet. The AC kept the house just where we wanted it. Would definitely recommend this house and host and will stay here again.
