Liegt am Berg.Am Meer ist man ganz schnell,zum Badestrand ist es dann schon etwas weiter.Die Wohnung ist sauber hat Momentan in der Küche ein Armeisenproblem.Die Wohnung verfügt 4 Balkone und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist wunderbar und der Blick von der Terrasse- Balkon fantastisch. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten unten an der Promenade mit verschiedenen Restaurants und Cafés und auch in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Rogoznica ist ein nettes Örtchen und hat alles, was man braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es im Haus sehr ruhig und man schläft sehr gut (auch gute Betten). Die Ausstattung im Haus ist ebenfalls gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Etwas unpraktisch fanden wir, dass es im Schlafzimmer keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank gibt, dieser ist in der unteren Etage. Auch kann man nur unten richtig duschen. Es gibt zwar oben auch ein Bad, aber "nur" mit Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und uns sehr herzlich- trotz Ankunft spät abends- in Empfang genommen inkl Begrüßungssnack.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit mehreren Terrassen und Balkonen, so dass man immer Schatten und Sonne hat - je nach Wunsch. Man ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten an der Promenade mit netten Restaurants, Eisdielen, Bars und den Anlegeplätzen der Boote und Yachten. Die Promenade wurde/wird restauriert und ist etwas hochwertiger als man es in der Gegend sonst sieht. Es legen dort viele Boote bei Segelregatten an. Perfekter Parkplatz im Schatten! Leider kein Pool und ein schöner Strand (oder gemütliche Badebuchten) sind in Rogoznica auch nicht zu finden.
