Out of this world

We really enjoyed our stay at this first class villa and the views were to die for. Jaso and Mira were wonderful hosts and their communication was excellent. The location was perfect as there was a taxi boat which took you to Rogoznica and Primosten on a day trip. We really hope to return to this beautiful villa sometime soon.

Amazing stay

What can I say about this amazing property. The facilities are 5 star with everything you would ever need for a stay. Everything works so well and the pool is delightful. Mira and Jaso are always available and willing to help whenever you have a question. I would go back to this villa. Just perfect.

Great villa, great location

The Villa is great and well equipped for a big group with a lovely pool. The villa is a minute from the village centre which is a lovely laid back place with a few restaurants bars and supermarkets but not busy which is so relaxing. 2 minutes to the harbour great for swimming or hire a boat to go to the neighbouring larger village. Jaso and Mira are really helpful with recommendations and assistance. Highly recommend.

Great Family Holiday

The villa is well thought out and I can't think of anything I would change. The views are beautiful. The road to the driveway is narrow, but you quickly get used to it. It is a minute walk to the village centre with 5 restaurants, 2 shops, and a cafe. It is a minute walk to the harbour with another restaurant and a boat to Rogiznica (15 min by car) which has a pretty old town. The beach is a 3 minute walk and has a bar. We also enjoyed exploring Primosten and Trogir. Jaso is a great host and quick to respond to any questions. We had 2 toddlers with us and they were well catered for and had plenty of space to play.

absolutely wonderful

Exactly as advertised; actually, better than advertised. The listing says there are 4 bathrooms but there are 5! The house is beautiful and spacious and very clean. The kitchens (one indoor, one outdoor) are very well-equipped: tons of dishes and pots and pans and utensils and gadgets. Even an immersion blender! Nice appliances: Bosch induction cooktops, dishwasher, etc. Several large flat-screen TVs and sound bars, speakers, video games if you're into that. Beautiful pool, stunning views, great location. Lots of lovely spots to swim in the sea just a very short walk from the house. The host was very pleasant and helpful. We can't wait to come back.

The perfect villa in the perfect location

We love this villa This was our second stay and we hope to be back. The villa is clean , well equipped and very well maintained by Mira and Jaso who are excellent hosts. We appreciated the improvements which means there are now 4 double bedrooms rather than the separate flat upstairs. We love to swim or relax looking over the view or potter down to the sea for a quick dip or to catch the ferry over to Rogoznica for an evening. Looking forward to our next visit in our number one summer holiday location.

We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in this 4 bedroomed immaculate villa in the charming town of Ražanj. The owners, Mira and Jaso, prepared the villa to a very high standard and it was well equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen crockery, glass, cooking vessels and utensils. The swimming pool and outdoor furniture were similarly excellent and the location, just a small walk to the sea, was superb. This holiday villa shows the best of Croatia. Stunning Family Villa in a beautiful setting.

This immaculate Villa, designed by the owners, is a holiday delight. Miro and Jaso met us in the village and guided us to the villa where a welcome snack and drinks were waiting. The house is spacious, the 3rd floor was a great space for teenagers with its own mini kitchen/ TV/sofa. Younger children would love the treehouse and climbing net. The beds are comfy, bathrooms stylish and the kitchen well equipped. The BBQ and outdoor kitchen was a lovely addition. The infinity pool overlooks the fishing village below and gets amazing sunsets. Plenty of sunbeds, good (free) Wifi and total privacy made it hard to leave the Villa, but the village has a great supermarket and 4 restaurants within a 3 minute walk. We took the small ferry to Rogoznica for supper one night, a delightful journey to a pretty town. I LOVED this Villa and highly recommend it as a holiday choice.

A Perfect Place in a Perfect Location

Each day we discovered another reason our choice of place was so fortunate. Sure we found a picture perfect place for which to visit Pirovac, Sibenik, Trogir and Split for 8 days. But even in early October this small fishing village was a sanctuary away from crowds and tours. While it helped that one of our group spoke Croatian, we met residents of our village whose families had been there for generations. And our friend even went on an 8 hour fishing trip starting at 3:30am with a local fisherman. And we discovered the owners of the two restaurants went fishing each morning for the dinner menu. Most of all, we discovered our villa had been owned for generations by Maria's family and had neen rebuilt with care and love and the highest quality, with many local fishing artifacts adorning the walls.

Perfect location, wonderful hosts

Our hosts were very warm and welcoming on arrival and their communication during our stay was excellent. Mira and Jaso were also very generous with their hospitality leaving us gifts of wine and local food. The villa was exceptionally well designed and the layout suited our family perfectly. We particularly liked the fact that there was a separate apartment on the top floor where are daughters could stay and be independent. This apartment had a door separating it from the stairwell and had its own kitchen area, lounge area and balcony with a fantastic view, along with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked perfectly. The pool was a perfect size again with its own view and shower and very well maintained. We loved the outdoor BBQ area which was well stocked with wood and with its own sink, hob, lights, work surface and ships bell! We enjoyed spending time around the pool reading on the hammocks and sunbeds. The location was quiet and peaceful, and yet there were four restaurants, café bar, a bakery and a supermarket within a gentle 5 minute walk. We swam in the sea daily either from one of the many swimming platforms or from the small local beach which was less than a ten minute walk away. The small local Harbour at Razanj was picturesque and from there you could catch a water taxi to the larger town of Rogoznica in the evenings. We also hired a small motorboat from this Harbour, as well as renting kayaks and SUP boards. The local coastline and bays was perfect for paddling around and felt very safe. We would have no hesitation returning to this excellent villa and found the owners, Mira and Jaso, a pleasure to do business with.

Exklusives Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Villa von Mira & Jaso verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral im Ort, ist aber trotzdem total abgeschirmt und ruhig. Strand, Meer, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Z.B. Handtücher, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Spül- und Waschmittel waren immer ausreichend vorhanden). Alles ist bis ins Detail durchdacht und sehr exklusiv. Sehr schöner und sauberer Infinitipool mit Blick auf den kleinen Fischerhafen und zwei herrliche Dachterrassen mit weitem Blick über Razanj und das Meer- ein Traum! Mira & Jaso sind sehr herzliche, aufmerksame und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, die ihre Gäste umsorgen und verwöhnen ( Willkommens- Snack, gekühlte Getränke), und die während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar waren. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Our whole family says "Thank you" so much to Mira & Jaso for the wonderful time!

Traumhafte Villa in ruhiger Lage

Meine Familie und ich genossen die Woche in der Villa Casa Del Capitano! Sie bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt! Einen großen infinity Pool, zwei große Außenterrassen mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, einen Außengrill und für die Kleinen, ein Baumhaus mit Schaukel und Rutsche! Einen Supermarkt und zahlreiche Restaurants gibt es gleich ums Eck! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir wurden von ihnen herzlich empfangen! Danke für die liebe Gastfreundschaft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen!
