Apartment in Villa GAJETA is located in the center of the bay Rina, only 30 meters away from the sea. Very spacious apartment is fully equipped and consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining room, and two terraces with stunning views of the beach, cable TV, free Wireless internet, air-conditioning, parking and grill facilities. The total capacity is for 6 persons ( 4 beds in two bedrooms and sitting sofa in the living room that can be converted to a double bed ).The house has a beautiful garden, with sculptures with Mediterranean motifs. Guests can use the outdoor grill and a parking space.

Each corner of this destination should be explored because Kanica is a place full of surprises and will surely leave a positive impression. Kanica is a small tourist town near Rogoznica in Sibenik Riviera. It is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the crowds. From Kanica you can visit the beautiful surrounding towns on the Riviera: Rogoznica, Primosten, Sibenik, the nearby islands, Kornati ... and again return to the tranquil bay with its pebble and sand beach and crystal clear water. Preserved and authentic Mediterranean landscape offers many attractions for nature lovers and active holiday in a unique environment. It is ideal for pleasant holiday away from the bustle of the city - the nearest grocery store is 3 km away in the place of Dvornice, although during the tourist season, regular van delivery of bread and fruit is organized.

Fab family time

Wir haben wunderbare und erholsame Ferien mit unseren Kindern (7 und 13) in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie liegt zentral in dem kleinen Ort nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber, und man kann sowohl längere Strecken schwimmen, als sich auch in Ufernähe mit Schnorcheln, Ballspielen,etc. vergnügen. Zwei weitere Buchten erreicht man mit einem kleinen Spaziergang , und in der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und Zeljka mit ihrer Familie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps und Hilfen gegeben hat. Wir werden im kommenden Sommer wiederkommen!

Skønt beliggende bolig med meget gæstfrie værtsfolk

Boligen overgik de forventninger vi havde på baggrund af billederne og beskrivelsen på HomeAways hjemmeside. En rigtig fin, rummelig og veludstyret lejlighed (1. etage af et hus), som har en stor terrasse med skøn udsigt til hyggelig lokal strand 30 meter væk. Meget tryg og familievenlig lille landsby med flere gode forskelligartede strande i gåafstand. Der var mulighed for at købe frisk brød, grøntsager og mælk og morgenen på gaden lige udenfor huset. Lige over for huset lå en lille hyggelig strandkaffebar, som den ene af to i byen. Udlejeren, som selv boede i stueetagen med sin familie, var usædvanlig varm og imødekommende overfor både børn og voksne. Hun var meget hjælpsom og gæstfri og kom med mange nyttige tips om lokalområdet, som vi havde stor glæde af. Vi giver stedet og boligen vores allerbedste anbefalinger.

The property was exceptional; clean. Comfortable , ideally situated in a gorgeous cove by the beach

A most pleasurable experience as the owner catered for your every need. A welcome gift, numbers of local taxis, made you feel that nothing was too much to ask and available to contact. This was comforting as Kanica is quite remote and we stayed just before the peak season. Would and have recommended this property to fellow colleagues and it is my intention to visit again. A beautiful memory.

A pleasant flat in a very nice little village

Our stay in kanica was a really good moment. This flat is perfect: near the beach, spacious and with all we needed. The view on the terrace is beautifull. Zeljka is so kind and give us a lot of advice and information. She do everything to make your stay as a very good moment. I highly recommend this appartment

It's a wonderfull appartment, an a very nice host, she's looking for everything. It's very clean and it was an app. where there was everything in, what I want, the place is amazing near the sea, peole living around are very helpful and friendly. It's nicer then on the fotos!

Fernab von Massentourismus haben wir einen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung entdeckt. Wenn man einen Kontrast zum Lärm und der Hektik sucht, dann ist man hier genau richtig. Das kleine Kanica ist in einer Bucht unweit von Rogoznica gelegen und ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet. Im Ort selbst gibt es ein gemütliches Restaurant und ein kleines Kaffee welche mit Speisen, Eis und Getränken aufwarten. Täglich kommen ein Auto mit frischen Backwaren und ein anderes mit frischen Obst und Gemüse. Die Waren sind Regional und von guter Qualität, wir haben diesen Service sehr geschätzt und sehr gern angenommen. Das Appartement ist sehr schön, groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer ist hervorragend (ca.30 m) dadurch können die Kinder einen erholsamen Mittagsschlaf im Appartement machen und sind nachmittags ausgeruht für spannende Ausflüge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr Kinderlieb und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und man spürt vom ersten Augenblick das man Willkommen ist. Sollte es jedoch mal zu ruhig werden und man verspürt Lust auf etwas mehr Trubel, dann ist der Ort Ideal gelegen um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Denn all die schönen Städte liegen in der Nähe… Rogoznica, Primosten, Siebenik, Trogir, und Split, sowie der Nationalpark Krka sind immer ein Ausflug wert. Wie gesagt: Ein Kontrast zum Massentourismus und für uns immer wieder eine sehr schöne Urlaubszeit. Familie mit Kindern welche zum 3. Mal hier Urlaub macht.
