Spacious vacation rental with mountain views and a terrace near the highway and Lake Simssee

Located 1 km from Lake Tinninger, 5 km from Lake Simssee, and 16 km from Lake Chiemsee, this property offers stunning mountain views and a large terrace.

Numerous areas for hiking, mountain biking, and skiing, as well as the A8 Salzburg–Munich highway, are just a few minutes away. Our guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and private parking right in front of the property.

The vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, a very large living room with a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV with 250 channels. The well-equipped open kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, BORA cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, is perfect for enjoying a cozy breakfast together.

The bathroom also features a large shower and a Shattaf toilet (with bidet function).
Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge.

Although the vacation rental is located in the basement, it is extremely bright and inviting.
This is due to both the many windows and the 2.5-meter-high ceilings.

From here, you can easily set out on excursions to the nearby lakes and mountains.
