“Two things I want the hotel to improve
1. When I contacted the hotel for a pickup shuttle bus, the staff did not say I needed to book through an app or pay. When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel.
