Excellent family villa in a great location with great facilities.

Pros: Good size Villa, straight across from swimming pool. Close to local amenities and supermarkets with walking distance. Everything you need in the villa, showers good. Very large sun terrace with fantastic views. Air con good. Kitchen was well equipped with cups, pans etc. Washing machine for your use, so no washing when we got home. Great family Villa. Cons: The towels we paid to use need replacing. (That’s being really picky)

Mooi huis, alles zit erin, mss een praktischer zetel zetten.

Pros: Een hele rustige buurt Cons: Spijtig dat de zon, pas tegen de middag op het terras beneden verschijnt, dat maakt het kil ‘s morgens. Tip, flesje water in de koelkast, wij kwamen laat aan en er was niets in de buurt om nog iets te halen.

Pros: Wir hatten unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles was unser Sohn gebraucht hat, haben wir vom Eigentümer bekommen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien - alles da und super frisch. Der Schwimmbad ist direkt gegenüber von dem Haus, sodass man in wenigen Schritten da ist. Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous tenons aussi par ce commentaire à remercier Léonard pour son professionnalisme et sa réactivité concernant nos demandes, nous nous sentions très rassuré, tout était parfait du début à la fin, résidence fermée et très sécurisée dans un quartier chic et résidentiel, piscine sécurisé juste en face, un plaisir pour les enfants. Supermarché CONSUM à 5 minutes à pied, petite ville très sympa pour se balader. Cela correspond complètement à l'annonce. Il est certain que nous reviendront !!! Une maison magnifique pour séjourner. A bientôt

Very quiet community which is just what we were looking for. Great bonus to have the pool right at the door, and what an excellent pool too. Highly recommended. We will return.

Pros: Onlangs 10 dagen in Rojales verbleven. We hadden daar de woning van de familie Bloem gehuurd. Dit was een goede beslissing. Woning was netjes en was voorzien van alle moderne gemakken. Te weten complete keuken met oven, magnetron, vaatwasser etc. Airco aanwezig, 2 badkamers en dakterras. Zwembad op 2 x languit vallen afstand. Wat wil je nog meer.

Pros: Leuk huis om met maximaal 4 personen te verblijven. Alles erop en eraan. Super tijd gehad hier! Jammer dat je altijd op het dak moet gaan zitten voor een (beetje) privacy. Enig minpuntje zijn de bedden. Zeker de 2 persoons is o.i. aan vervanging toe (tenzij je graag alletwee graag naar het midden wil rollen).

Wij zijn enorm enthousiast over de geboden kwaliteit en locatie van het huis: modern, praktisch ing

Pros: Wij zijn enorm enthousiast over de geboden kwaliteit en locatie van het huis: modern, praktisch ingericht en upto date uitstraling. De absolute meerwaarde van het huis ligt besloten in het dakterras met goede relax- en barbecuefaciliteiten. Privacy is daarmee gewaarborgd. Een 2de meerwaarde lig in het feit dat de woning tegenover een zwembad ligt, waardoor je direct uit je huis het zwembad in kan lopen:heerlijk om zo de dag te starten en te eindigen. Na een dagje strand is dit ook een aan te raden plek om af te spoelen. De locatie vonden wij subliem gelegen aan de rand van Rojales met een uitstekende verbinding naar Torrevieja, Gualdamar en de stranden. De wijngebieden van Alicante lagen op bereikbare afstand en de racefietsmogelijkheden waren uitstekend. Tenslotte, last but not least, de omgeving is een paradijs voor shoppers en culinaire fijnproevers. Wij komen graag terug in deze heerlijke omgeving.
