The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. These areas are arranged in such a way that it is perfect to have privacy with 2 families.
There is a very spacious kitchen with all modern amenities such as a double oven, nespresso, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, toaster ...
There is heating and air conditioning everywhere, as well as in the cozy living and dining room.
There is a small sitting area in the veranda.
The outdoor area is the pride of Casa Lava with a place to enjoy sun or shade everywhere. There is also a heated shower at the beautiful spacious swimming pool.
After delicious aperitifs in the relax lounge, you can slide open the outdoor kitchen completely, where you can dine during long Spanish evenings.
Between the indoor and outdoor kitchen you have a patio with an authentic Spanish BBQ.
A ping-pong table is also at your disposal.
In the neighborhood you will find golf courses, shopping centers, seaside resorts, wonderful restaurants and cultural cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche and Torrevieja.
Less than 5 minutes drive you are at golf course La Marquesa or at the Aquapark.
The beaches of Guardamar, la Mata and Torrevieja are 15 minutes.
There are free tennis courts 5 minutes away and you can play padel very cheaply in Guardamar.
On request we can provide 4 tennis or padel rackets and balls.
Alicante airport can be reached in 35 minutes.
For wine lovers, there are also a number of small and large wineries close by. A visit to a bodega is absolutely worthwhile.
